"I was really happy with the job done by Ridgeline Roofing. Russell is very knowledgeable and reliable. He explained every step of the process including how to deal with the insurance paperwork and warranty. When you schedule an appointment with him, he would always arrive 15 minutes earlier. They replaced my roof in two days and it looks great."

"They did an amazing job on my mother's roof. Also have to note that the roofers were so respectful and friendly to my mother. This is always a plus for me as my mother is elderly and lives alone. A huge thank you to the roofers for making my mother feel safe and talking to her about all they were doing. The clean up was great. The owner was prompt to respond to all of my questions. Thank you again. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone."

The quality of work is outstanding in itself, but to me the most important aspect of a company is the integrity and concern of the people that represent the company in balance with customer need. "Ridgeline Roofing was recommended by a family member so I had them come out to work up an estimate on a roof replacement. I took multiple bids and Ridgeline was not the lowest but, after several conversations/emails with Russell, I felt confident that they could do a good job. The job was not particularly complex but the house was built in the 50's and there was some extra work required with the need for updating the eaves, soffits and fascia. Result: Russell was very responsive. The job foreman (I can't remember his name, unfortunately) was also very personable and responsive. I brought up several issues during the job and, each time, the foreman stopped what he was doing, listened to my concerns, and provided a satisfactory forward plan. The job lasted several days so I was able to inspect the work (decking, trim, paint prep work) as it progressed and I could see that they were NOT cutting corners. I didn't encounter a single worker who was not attentive to me. After the job, I got a follow up visit from Brandon who inspected the finished product and was available to address any concerns. I didn't have any originally but I did notice some issues after a few days. With the help of Russell, Brandon and the foreman, my concerns were addressed very satisfactorily. In summary, Ridgeline Roofing exceeded my expectations in every regard and I would highly recommend them. If I have anything negative to add, it would be that I neglected to point out sensitive garden areas around the house. I would suggest that you point out these types of details and also discuss any other specific concerns with Russell before the work begins. I'm confident that he would accommodate."
